Trevisani Construction has worked with our facility since 2008 and provides immediate response to our daily needs and emergencies. Their team is courteous to our residents and maintains a safe work environment in our high traffic facility. Trevisani maintains a fair budget and responds to our deadlines while keeping our operations going during construction.
I have been using Ed and his team now for 10 years, for both large and small house repairs/renovations. His attention to detail, which is also pressed upon his team, is top notch. When designing, he works with his customers to meet their ideas, yet diplomatically steps in with ideas when he sees that a design may not work a certain way. He has vast experience that allows him to come up with an alternative workable solution. Frequent updates are always provided no matter what the size of the project. Ed is also responsive to “emergencies”; making them a priority based on the issue at hand. I am so pleased with Ed and his team’s work; I have recommended him over the years to various people throughout the area.
We started using Trevisani Construction January 2013 to help renovate our historic home. We continue to use Trevisani Construction because they are reliable, professional, and honest. The quality of work is top notch, and they complete projects to our satisfaction every time.
For the last 3 years I have used Trevisani Construction Management for remodeling of my master bath, building closets, installing hardwood floors, trim, and the replacement of all of my windows. The estimates were always spot on with never an extra charge. At all times Ed and his employees are respectful of my home, my questions, and my time. When he and his crew leave for the day, the workmen’s equipment and supplies are picked up so that children and animals cannot hurt themselves. Ed listens to what the customer wants; and yet, is not afraid to offer suggestions when applicable. I highly recommend Ed to any customer who wants the job done correctly the first time!
I contacted Trevisani Construction Management in August of 2013. Ed responded right away and was at my house within 24 hours. When he inspected my damage he knew I had a serious problem and referred me to an engineer/building consultant who diagnosed widespread water intrusion.
From that day forward Ed was available when I needed help and responsive to every phone call. It was more than a year later that we were able to start the repairs. His work was organized and complete, his team was dependable, punctual, and respectful, and the invoice was exactly the same as the proposal.
Trevisani does quality work and Ed spent many, many hours of uncompensated time on my project to make sure it was right. From the proposal, to the multiple building inspections, to the very short punch list, it was seamless. I still have another phase to complete and wouldn’t think of having another company do the work. I trust Trevisani with the care of my home and couldn’t be happier with the results.
I hired Interior Design Construction Services (IDC Services LLC.) and its manager Ed Trevisani because I was looking for a complete “soup to nuts” interior remodel of my 36 year old townhouse (that I bought 21 years ago). This remodel included makeovers of the kitchen, three bathrooms, flooring throughout, plumbing and electrical upgrades and painting. The IDC crew did most of the work, but they also coordinated the work done by other subcontractors (e.g. electrical, flooring and painting). One important consideration in selecting this group was in their initial quote presentation. It was very detailed with specific allowances for materials (cabinetry, flooring, countertops, etc.). So, when I chose different materials, the cost differences were very transparent. In addition, when I decided to do some “upgrades,” he gave me both pros and cons to these choices, but the final choice was always mine and to say I was happy with the end result would be an understatement. Now my townhouse is modern, yet timeless; it is open and airy and, I think, very striking. All of this work was done while I continued to live in the townhouse. His group did a great job of coordinating the work while being respectful of my schedule and space.
It went extremely well. We cannot be more pleased with how Ed and his team performed. Ed went well above and beyond expectations. He explained things extremely well before starting and offered advice and suggestions at start of project. Was more interested in satisfying our needs than making expensive suggestions. Was flexible when we made last minute changes. Was always available to talk and review work. Even went beyond and fixed some things he noticed while working that were not part of the job. (plumbing and electrical). Went out of his way months later to help us with an unrelated plumbing issue when we didn’t know who else to call. I would highly recommend Ed and his team to anyone.
Ed (owner of the company) far exceeded our expectations. He took the architect’s blue print and proceeded to work with the township and his team to tear off the upper half of the house (upper duplex unit) and rebuild it into a far better building than was there previously without damaging the lower half of the house (lower duplex unit). He did a phenomenal job of removing the upper half of the house, having a new half of a house framed on top of the lower section. He worked closely with my wife and I in the design of the unit, selection of materials (flooring, cabinets, countertop, lighting, etc.). My wife is very particular and Ed did a great job of working with her to select colors and material that was both cost effective for a rental unit, is durable and looks current. Ed also worked on making improvements in the lower unit that is older. He managed the electrical re-wiring, code upgrades, redesign of the kitchen, replacement of ceilings, floor. He also took the initiative to have his team clean out the basement as I discussed with him my desire to clean it out when I visited the construction site. The basement was cleaned out and he made a number of surprise improvements to the basement. He installed multiple flourescent lights to brighten up the basement, put down interconnected rubber mats to make is easy for the future tenant to go from the bottom of the basement steps to the washer and dryer, moved the washer and dryer to a location in the basement that was brighter and had greater head room clearance (previously you had to duck under an air duct pipe), he moved the hot water heaters to make them more efficient getting hot water to both upstairs units. Ed also surprised us by replacing the traditional lights in the front and back of the house with LEDs. These were pleasant surprises and improvements that Ed did without charging us additionally. I could go on sharing was a great experience it was working with Ed. This was a big project and living out of town, it takes a lot of trust and communication. I can only restate that Ed exceeded our expectations and we have a newly built upper duplex unit (2 bedroom and one bath) and a greatly improved lower unit duplex (also 2 bedroom and one bath). My wife and I are happy to be a reference and share pictures.
Ed Trevisani completed extensive work for us to 2010 – 2012. We needed our basement reinforced and an entire new kitchen floor installed when we bought a fixer upper in 2010. Trevisani and his team were affordable, thorough, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied. Highly recommend!
GREAT COMPANY — they gave an honest bid and completed all work on time. Cleanup was great also. would recommend them.
Let me just start by saying that I do extensive research before having any work done on my home. However, I am not one to write a review, good or bad. The work and professionalism of Ed Trevisani and his team were so exceptional, that I felt compelled to convey our experience. Shortly after moving into our home last year we unfortunately encountered several major repair issues. We have an older home that has a small front door addition that used to be an outside porch. After moving in we noticed the newly installed laminate floors of the addition warping with water damage. I asked around and did my research online to find a company to perform work on the addition. I chose a company that was personally recommended with overall stellar online reviews to investigate our water damage and make necessary repairs. Long story short, the company did a terrible job. They lied to me about the extent of the damage and then installed new siding over rotted framing and sheathing to our addition that was literally being held up with drywall. We needed serious help and guidance to proceed with our repairs and I was dealing with serious trust issues moving forward after the dreadful experience we had with the first company. I had 3 companies come and look at what needed done. Ed Trevisani came to our home several times to investigate the full extent of our damage. He walked us through, step-by-step, everything that needed to be done to repair the existing damage as well as steps that would be taken to prevent any future water getting into our home. He was upfront about the timeline and cost of the proposed work. He responded promptly to all of my calls and questions (and I had many). His team truly went above and beyond. For example: The work took several days to complete and while it was being done we had several heavy rain storms. This allowed them to see how “water tight” everything they were doing was. When they thought that a different material or flashing would be better suited, they discussed their thoughts and plan with us in detail before proceeding. We were not left in the dark about any step of the process and felt that we had complete confidence and trust in Ed and his team to do everything that needed to be done appropriately. They did major work such as installing new framing , sheathing , siding, flashing, drywall and molding, and re-framing and installing a new front door. However, they also paid attention to the smaller details and even did things like installing a new doorbell and outside light fixture for us once the new siding was installed. The work was completed in November and then we ended up having an unseasonably warm and rainy December. Ed contacted me twice to check on the status of the repairs and personally came by to check the interior walls and floor to ensure there were no signs of moisture. Our addition is now beautiful, inside and out. Most importantly to me is that there is no longer any water damage! I strongly recommended Trevisani Construction. It was so wonderful dealing with Ed and his team and it is clear that they all stand behind the quality of their work.
